Pressure Vessels

Our policy of providing specialist bespoke designs coupled with our willingness to collaborate with the customer allows us to respond very quickly to design changes or modifications either during or after the manufacture of the autoclave.

Although we have a range of standard products and bespoke systems, each can be customised to accommodate the client’s exact requirements

Essentially, some of the more common options are detailed below: -

  • Vessel Material of Construction - Ordinarily stainless steels; however, more exotic materials are available on request: Titanium, High Nickel alloys, Inconel 625 and Hastelloy.

  • Vessel Volumes Microlaves - 1ml to 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 300ml, 500ml, 1000ml etc. Larger volumes up to 10,000 litres.

  • Vessel Temperatures - From -196 to 1400 deg C

  • Vessel Pressure - Full vacuum to 6000barg

  • Motor-driven magnetically stirred overhead agitation to suit every vessel from 0 to 5000RPM

  • Multicellular Reactors - 1 to 10 to 100 cells
